The Hudson Valley Regional Police Pipe & Drums marched in the Annual Peekskill Fourth of July Parade held on Friday, July 4, 2003 in the City of Peekskill on the Hudson River. Though the temperature reached 95 ° in the shade...a great day was had by all!
