The Hudson Valley Regional Police Pipe & Drums were invited to march in the Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday, March 16, 2003 and were honored with the 1st Place "Best Musical Unit" Award.  The band wishes to thank the Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee and the parade-goers for their warm welcome and kind support.
